Black and White: Classic style integrated with contemporary design

In a case of contemporary architecture borrowing from the classical design, that beautiful Scandinavian home is dressed in what looks like a flawless black and white format with a bit of improvisation. The moment you step into that home, it is the stylishly patchy sofa (milka?) that steals the show with its different dairy farm-styled look! Apart from that, it uses plenty of wood, velvet textures and antiques that ensure the room has a traditional European touch. However, the bedroom, the kitchen and the bathroom stand in complete contrast as the emphasis here is on a minimalist design that uses the more sober shades of black, white and grey. Mixing the contemporary seamlessly with the timeless, that is truly the best of both worlds! - via
